WIC Celebrates World Breastfeeding Week 2026: Supporting Families Every Step of the Way

August 07, 2026 |

Each year, World Breastfeeding Week shines a spotlight on the importance of supporting parents and caregivers during one of life’s most important times. This year’s theme, “Breastfeeding for a Sustainable Start in Life: Strengthen What Works,” highlights the value of creating strong, lasting systems of support for families and communities.

At Mountain Park Health Center, we believe every family deserves access to compassionate care, trusted resources, and programs that help them thrive.

One of the ways Mountain Park supports families is through our Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program. Click the video below to learn more about our WIC team and our breastfeeding support services.
