Mountain Park Health Center wants to see every child succeed in school. We know that getting a back-to-school physical is an important first step to a great school year and that without a sports physical, kids can’t participate in school sports.
But sometimes, these important appointments get missed for many reasons. That is why Mountain Park is once again offering no cost/low cost back-to-school and sports physicals at all of our seven clinics around the valley.
From July 15 to August 23, kids can get their physicals at no cost or low cost. You can call and schedule an appointment, or walk into any of our clinics during clinic hours.
Kids that come in for a physical will go home with a brand-new backpack (while supplies last). So, schedule an appointment today to have a great, healthy start to the new school year.
