Ifrah is a patient at our Gateway Clinic and a member of the Somali Community. She started bringing her family to see us about two years ago after being referred by the Somali Association of Arizona. Ifrah appreciates that we are always available to help her and she loves the care and assistance she gets from Somali Case Manager, Lina Ali and her family’s provider, Nurse Practitioner Hilary Price.
